Get an email when a wildfire, official weather warning, tornado or significant earthquake is within 5 miles of your property. The Risk Map stays free to use without signing up.
This stops every alert and deletes your saved addresses.
Fields marked * are required. We'll email you a link to confirm before any alerts are sent.
Nothing. Risk Alerts and the Risk Map are free, and signing up creates no account or password.
A wildfire, or its mapped burn area, within 5 miles; an official National Weather Service warning that covers the address, such as a tornado, severe thunderstorm, flash flood, hurricane, red flag or evacuation warning; a tornado reported within 5 miles; and an earthquake of magnitude 4.0 or more within 5 miles. After confirming, you can turn any of these off.
We check official sources every 10 minutes and email you once for each new event. Agencies sometimes post an event later than it happens, and email can be delayed, so Risk Alerts is not a replacement for official emergency alerts. Sign up for your local emergency alerts too.
We send a short update when a fire we alerted you about is 100% contained, or when a warning is cancelled. We never send an "all clear", because no email doesn't mean there's no danger. Always follow local officials.
From a single map point for the street address you enter, to the reported location of the event, or to the edge of a mapped fire area. Warnings count when their official area covers that point. It is not measured from property lines or buildings.
Up to 5 addresses, or 25 if you signed up as an agent, broker or carrier, who can also paste in several addresses at once. Add and remove them from the link in any alert email.
Only if you tick the box agreeing that NeitClem may contact you about insurance; that is separate from your alerts and can be changed at any time. We never sell your details. See our privacy policy.
Use the Unsubscribe link in any alert email, or the button on your alerts page. Your saved addresses are deleted straight away.
